... This game really is challenging. Although its 7+ Pegi, it sure is very hard. Not only is this game to do with battles but also I have found out that it is also about using your brain, as there are some puzzles here and there which will need to be figured out to continue to battle on. As I was talking about above about the six campaigns, there are the Medieval Knights, Skeleton Warriors, imperial navy, astronauts, pirates and last but not least the aliens, each which are very hard and challenging and different to ea...more

This Lego Game for the DS involves as you can see from the front of the box, Characters from long past games, but now coming into Lego world and battling enemy's. The game is extremely funny, even more funnier as its in Lego version. There are six campaigns which I thought all were great, there are not as many on other games and versions. And also the multi-player I found it quite good as you can have up to 3 people battling and you can nearly chose every game play when doing download play. This game really is challenging. Although its 7+ Pegi, it sure is very hard. Not only is this game to do with battles but also I have found out that it is also about ...  Read the complete review

When I initially brought this game I was expecting a crappy Lego Star Wars clone, but like hell I was wrong. This game is generally awesome. For those into the the strategy genre (Games like Age of Empires, Command and Conquer, Empire Earth, Civilisation) this is a must get. This is a Cute Lego themed RTS (Real Time Strategy) where you wage war with mini Lego armies themed after pirates, kings and aliens. For me this was a dream come true as I loved doing Lego role-play stuff when I was a little kiddo!! The controls are brilliant, has a simple yet intuitive menu system and plays like a charm. The game consists of a few modes, Story Mode is how you ...  Read the complete review

This is not another run around and collect coins and stuff Lego game, this is totally different. Lego Battles is in fact a strategy game for older children (7+) any younger will probably find it quite frustrating, 9yr old daughter is ticking along nicely on this game and not finding it too easy or too hard but 7yr old daughter is out of her depth. I played this game myself and found the gameplay to be simple with click and select options to move characters etc. the basic premise is to build armies and the infrastructure needed to support them and explore and take over other villages and collect spells potions and various things that help you on ...  Read the complete review
