When I was first given this game I absolutely loved it and found all of the mini games extremely fun and interesting but after a while I began to get irritated by the fact that a lot of the game was down to luck and landing on certain tiles on the game board.
The game is highly origional and unlike all other mario games I have ever played as it is played on a mario board game where different tiles make different things happen and after all players have moved a fun mini game is played. This never gets repetative as all of the mini games are so different and rarely do you have to play the same game twice.
But other than that this game is so much fun to play and some of the mini games throughout story mode even involve using the microphone which is uncommon in mario games. I am a fan of all mario games and this one in my estimation is just as good as the others, if you are not too impatient as the element of chance is involved in story mode.
Overall I would encourage you to buy this game if you are a mario fan or if you you just want a fun light-hearted game to play when you are bored.
