This is the perfect game for the DS. The main reason is its lots of fun for the touch screen on the ds and makes much good use of it. This game is jam packed with different events and different characters. I love how you have a profile for every character on the game. Sonic and Mario games are known for always being great, so when ... Read the complete review

I bought this game just over two years ago and i have to say it is really fun. The graphics on this game a great, as all Mario games are on the Nintendo DS. This game uses the DS's functionality to it's fully extent as it uses both screens fully. The top screen has the character running for example and the bottom screen is for ... After having recently received a Nintendo DS as a present, I thought it was high time I ventured out and got myself a game to try the console out with! I chose this game as the memories of Sonic on the mega drive from my childhood made me think this would be a good quality, light-hearted game. I certainly wasn't disappointed. ... This was my first Mario and Sonic joint venture purchase and I was intrigued to see how the two characters (former Nintendo/Sega rivals) would interact together for the first time. Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is a good title and works well. There are a number of events to master including track and field, ... Read the complete review

As you can see from the title it self named ''mario and sonic'' it will instantly tell you that nearly all the characters from the Mario world as well as the Sonic world come to life in the best of all time Olympic games. From the Mario Side contestants there are Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Bowser, Wario, Waluigi, Peach, Daisy and from the ... Read the complete review

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is the first outing of both Nintendo & Sega's flagship characters in the same game. What a game it is too. For anyone who ever player Olympic Gold in the past the premise for some of the events will be familiar. For anyone who hasn't, they will be easy to get used to & simple to ... When I saw that they combined two of my favourite games characters - this game was a definate on the wish list! Was a little hard to get into, as a newbie to the DS world I fould working the controls a little hard to master, but once you get into it and master the characters strengths and abilities (wide choice from the classics!) its a must have for any ds owner. Addicitive and a wide range of games available, you'll find yourself playing unintentionally for hours on end muttering "ok, once more and THEN im going to sleep" and repeating a game until you better your score!Fantastic!

I bought this game from Game online. I went through quidco to get some cashback on it but unfortunately it has tracked as £0.00 so am following that up. I paid £12.98, as I used £2.50 from my game card to help pay for it. The game arrived within 5 days of ordering it, as I ordered on a weekend. It arrived in a neat little ... Being the Dad of an incredibly mischievious two year old boy, that likes to break things, I have found that handheld consoles are the way to go for me. If I have my Wii or Xbox out whilst he is around, I am just asking for trouble. Despite this, I've played my DS only sporadically throughout the past year as my PSP has been the choice ... Having been slightly addicted to my daughter's Nintendo DS over Christmas, another game I was playing on it was Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games. We have this game on the Wii and it's one of my favourites so I was quite excited to play it on the DS. My daughter had told me it was brilliant, so console in hand (again) the poor girl ... I brought this game after loving the Mario and Sonic games. This game was more of the same, it is great. Everyone can play it and have fun. However, I can't play it for more than an hour at a time before I get bored. The game includes many different characters from the other Nintendo games and has plenty of events to ... Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games is good fun, but like many games in its genre it gets boring very quickly. It starts to feel repetitive and boring and especially so if you're not playing with a friend. There are plenty of characters to choose to play as, which you then use as during the game. The controls feel quite ... Read the complete review

Inspired by the Olympics (the real-life ones) I added this to my ever expanding DS collection. Fortunately the game only includes the Olympic events gamers will have patience and interest in. Thus, there's no danger of having to run the marathon as Dr. Robotnic. The game does feature a variety of events however, each of which ... Read the complete review

I purchased this for my daughter from blockbusters for £29.99p; I probably play on it more than her loll. I will tell you a bit about the game.
