Advantages: fun, loads of missions, challenging

Disadvantages: can be too hard

Mario games are usually really fun and interesting, they are probably my favourite games ever. Mario 64 DS is a great game with lots and lots to do, the graphics are really good and there are 3D Mario characters in the game. This is one of the best DS games that I have played yet.

The game starts of outside of Peach's castle, at this stage you are Yoshi, you have to find the key so you can go inside the castle. In the castle you will find Mario and you have to save the rest of the characters as they are locked up in different rooms in the castle. There are many different missions and you have to collect stars, to go in the easy missions you won't need that many stars but as the missions get harder you will need more stars to get in them. At the end of a mission you will be rewarded with a star, to do missions you must jump into the paintings on the walls in the castle, there are various mission is one painting which means that this game could be so long. After a while it can get really hard and you might not know what to do which is really annoying.

One of the bad things about this game is that it is basically the same as the old Nintendo 64 game so if you have played that, you might find this boring.

This game might seem pricy at £29.98 on Amazon (you might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere) but you will have hours of fun and entertainment with this game.
