ben_w_uk Guitar Hero: World Tour Band Bundle (Wii): ... Hero World Tour was the first guitar hero game to feature non-guitar play, it features drums, singing and there is even a bass mode for all you bassists out there. However, despite all these new feature, is it really worth the hefty £149.99 price tag that it commands at the moment. Read on to find out... Overall, I think that Guitar Hero World Tour is a good package, but it does have flaws. For instance the dr...

RPnecroranger Boogie Superstar (Wii)
... is another game I bought as a bundle second hand with my wii/wiifit/balance board. You can buy this game with the microphone - which is a essential piece of equipment or you ll just be dancing. With the microphone Amazon have this at £20 and less than £5 without. The game revolves around you, a wannabe Xfactor style superstar, and you need to sing and dance your way to superstardom! You can play multi player modes, but the most you need is 1 microphone and 2 wii motes and no more than 2 people dance at a time and 2 people use the same microphone on a duet. OK so basically you enter a Xfactor type competition with 3 events of your choosing, either random songs to...

MattJames Guitar Hero 5 (Wii)
... Hero 5 marks a significant evolution from the previous games in the series, not so much in terms of gameplay - which is largely the same - but the overall feel and features. The wii version this time recieves full support for downloadable content, many new modes where some are not even available on the more powerful consoles and Mii integration. The gameplay is as you would expect on the great brand name of Guitar Hero. By now, many people will be amassing quite a collection of guitars, and there is instant access to the songs in multiplayer. For many days, I just played this and not the actual game! The setlist this year is brilliant, a great mix of contemporary s...

HarryKeogh Guitar Hero: Metallica (Wii)
... recent years there has been one genre of video games that seems to have gained more press and attention in the public eye than another and that would be the rhythm based games. The leading companies in this genre are EA games in conjunction with Harmonix who have brought us the Rockband series and Activision with their partners Neversoft with the Guitar Hero series. Now each game series has its unique little selling points but both are pretty similar, but like most fans of this gaming genre I prefer one over the other and that one would be the Guitar Hero series. (Sorry Rockband fans.) So when Activision announced the release of the new Guitar Hero Metallica I found ...
