New Super Mario Brothers (Wii):

Since that time the mustachioed plumber has been seen on countless occasions in a variety of games, ranging from the aweso... Read the full review: The Famous Plumber from Italy Rides Again by JJJJ |

New Super Mario Brothers (Wii) ... Oh Mario, Mario, always saving the same girl. If you ve ever played a Mario game before you ll know what to expect from the story. Peach gets kidnapped by Bowser, Mario gives chase through countless worlds jumping on a few Goomba heads in the process and then drops Bowser in a lake of lava at the end of the last level. We all know we don t buy Mario games for the plot, but would it hurt Nintendo to have some story going on, you know like a movie....................... now that I think about it, maybe it would be best if Mario games had no story. Take the film for example, take Super Paper Mario with constant endless reams of text to read through, take the animated ... This is the first traditional Mario Brothers game to come out in about 15 years or so, the last being my favorite which was Super Mario World on the old Super Nintendo. I will say straight away if you are an ols school Mario fan this game is defintley worth picking up. It brings back many memories of my old gaming days and is full of nostaliga, from the familiar mario tunes to the old eniemes such as goombas and Koopa Troopers. The diffulcuty is quite hard compared to most newer games but is one of the easiest mario brothers games to complete, and would be a ... New Super Mario Brothers (Wii) ... many years I have been waiting for a great new Mario game, a real old school 2D platformer that combines Mario 3 style game play with Super Smash Brothers Melee style animation, something already attempted rather successfully on the portable Nintendo DS system. Needless to say when I first heard about a new super Mario brothers wii I was rather excited and began watching videos on game trailers. The footage of the game looked like everything I had been hoping for and marked a return to the core Mario game play as opposed to more recent 3D incarnations. For the benefit of the uninitiated, Mario is the Mascot of the Nintendo Company and has appeared in over 200 games s... Read the full review: Mario is back again by timmah10 |
