... bought this for my six year old son and my five year old daughter and they really loved this. What I particularly love about it is the old fashioned feel of the games. It takes me back a few years and it is nice for my children to get an idea of what funfairs used to be about, very different from today s ones! You can play in single mode or (if you have enough controllers) up to four players can participate in competition with each other either head to head or in competition mode. ... bought Wii carnival as we were having the family over for the day and thought that this would be a good game for all ages. The games on here provide great family fun. My personal favourite is the donkey derby. This game is just like being at the fair. However the drawbacks are that the initial navigation menu has a few options and if you want to play a particular game it is difficult to remember which option it is under and each option takes a little while to load - so you can be waiting a while before playing the game you want - also you can spend a lot of time backwards and forwards from one section to another if you want to play a few of the games - this can prove...

... and others are not so good. Firstly, I m not keen on the look of the game. The characters look really odd and personalization is limited. My friend had to use a white avatar because they don t seem to cater for anyone of a different race! I got this game for the kids, but it isn t really what i would classify as a kids game. Some of the games are quite easy, but some are hard, even for adults. Take the strength test as an example. You have to shake the wii remote for ages and then click when the colour on screen is within a certain zone, while still shaking the remote vigorously. Most kids havent got the strength for this.
