The call of duty 3 is a reasonable action game for the wii. It is one of the few action titles released for the wii and I recently purchased it so I will share my experience of using it.

The graphics are about average for this game by wii standards. They are enhanced slightly by the landscapes and enviroments that the player experiences as they travel through the game.

The controls are certainly one of the advantages with this game. The wii remote is pointed at the screen to aim and the b button on the back of the remote is used to shoot. These are brilliant features as they really give the feeling of pointing an actual gun at the screen and make it much more realistic. Call of duty is also compatible with the wii zapper which is pretty cool.

Unfortunately there is no multiplayer or online mode on this game, there is only a single player mode. This is very annoying as the online and multiplayer modes are the best part of wii gaming. Also once the career mode is finished there isn't much else to really do in the game.

I wouldn't really recommend this game, it's not the best and certainly not a wii classic and I am sure that in more wii shooters in the future will be much better. If you're not put off by this then the price is about £20 as the game has been about for a year.

Summary: I would wait for a better wii shooter if I was you
