My boyfriend bought me a Wii console last year for my birthday and he got me some good games to go along with it. After i had completed some of them and got used to playing the rest, i decided that i wanted to try out a few different games.

I had heard about the game Cooking Mama Cook Off from a magazine article and being a bit skeptical i decided to hire it out first and then buy it later if it was really good.

The game itself was developed by Cooking Mama Limited and can be played in single player and also multi player mode too.

The game itself is a cooking simulation game where a series of mini games are completed to create dishes.

Players can play several mini games to create one entire dish and use the Wii controls to mimic cooking movements like slicing, rolling, chopping, beating and stirring.

This game was mainly aimed at young girls as the makers thought they could tap into the mindset of a young child wanting to help her mother prepare dinner.

There are over 55 recipes in the game using over 300 ingredients. Scores and high scores are usually awarded on the accuracy of game play.

I tried to play this game several times but unfortunately could not get the hang of it.

I found it quite boring in general and there didnt seem to be much variation or many things to do in the game.

Im glad that i only rented this out and didnt actually spend a lot of money buying it as i would have been really disappointed.

I found the graphics on this game to be quite poor and i was expecting a lot more from a Wii game to be honest.

The controls were very hard to use and i found them very fiddly and i struggled with them quite a lot.

I dont know how a young child is supposed to be able to control this game when i couldnt and im in my 20s! Disappointing and a bit rubbish!
