When I bought this for my daughter who was four at the time it cost me £29.99 but was part of a buy one, get one free offer.
This game is all about your little ones helping the Disney Princesses (Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White and Jasmine) return their kingdoms, currently invaded by the evil witch Zara and her Bog army, to normalacy.
You can customise your character which includes choosing her dress, shoes, jewellery and hairstyle which is a highlight in this game for my little one in particular before the actual adventure begins. You are then invited to complete a tutorial which shows you how to use your magic wand and help the princesses. You can play by yourself or work along side someone else in two player mode.
The game is split into the princesses' different kingdoms and the levels increase in difficulty as you go along. Although you can visit whichever kingdom you like you are advised which ones are easier than others. In addition a guide (in the guise of a pixie) helps you along the way if you get stuck but my children (4 and 5 when purchased) had no trouble with any of the stages.
There was a bonus unlockable mini-game featuring Belle at the end which was as an added treat.
The graphics are of high quality and very colourful. This is a really innocent, sweet and enchanting game and a story that your little ones will love being a part of.
Thanks for reading. x

we bought this game for my two girls who love all things pink and princessy.
the game requires the player to restore order into the various kingdoms of the different princesses. there are different levels of difficulty for each kingdom and there are clear instructions throughout the game explaining and guiding the player. The player can choose their own outfit, hair colour and accessories, perfect for little girls who like being princesses. the game requires a nunchuck for control but sometimes it is hard to control the player because the movement it so sensitive which can be frustrating.
as an adult i actually enjoyed watching and playing the game because the characters are so cute and you can play along with the kids. The game is easy for younger ones to understand although my seven year old managed to finish the game in a few tries and has not played it since.
This game is perfect every young girl who is mad about Disney Princess.
First of all you build your own Princess character by choosing dresses, hair, makeup, skin tone, eye colour and accessories. This Princess character is then saved as you in the game and you control this character in the game while playing.
The game can be played in a tow player mood where each player controls their own designed character and then both players work as a team to move through the levels of the game. This is a great advantage if you have two of your own little Princess like me who both want to play on the game at the same time.
The game has the following Princess in it that can be interacted with during playing ; Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, and Jasmine.
In the game you have to work your way through the levels and try and defeat the Bogs. Each Princess has levels that need to be completed before each Princess is complete. Each of the Princess's are of different levels of difficulty. The Little Mermaid is the easiest of the levels and a great place to start when learning the game. They gradually get harder starting with Arial, then going to Aladdin for the next level of difficulty. Then Cinderella which is ranked at medium and Snow White is the hardest level in the game.
After you finish the game there is a bonus level which has Belle in it.
The controls on the game are very easy to pick up and start to use for the younger children. My youngest girl is three and has no problems moving the character around or making her do spells. Both my girls absolutely love playing this game and the first time they bump into on of the Princess on the screen watch their face and how excited they are to see her.
To enable you to play this game you must have a control and the knunchuck connected together. This means that if you wish to play the game in two player mode you must have two of each. To move the characters you can either use the joystick on the knunchuck or use the direction buttons on the main control. To make the simple spell all you have to do is move the main control from side to side to cast a spell.
The game is rated at a 3+ game and is very good for little girls aged 3 and upwards.
We brought this for our daughter who absolutely loves Disney Princesses and this game did not disappoint!!
The aim of the game is to restore the Magical Kingdoms of your favorite Disney Princesses. The Princess levels are organised by difficulty. Ariel's kingdom is the easiest, followed by Jasmine's and Cinderella's. Snow White's kingdom is the most difficult. Each kingdom has three chapters.
The game is well narrated and my daughter was so excited when Ariel spoke to her!!
Your adventure begins at the Castle of Gentlehaven where you are able to create your own heroine character. You can easily customise her dress, hair, eyes, skin tone and shoes, you're also able to add a variety of accessories. My daughter really enjoyed being able to change her character's outfits. You are able to return to this section during the game if you want to change outfits.
Once your character is ready you are then able to practice the basic moves required for the game. Such as jumping, interacting with characters, magic twirls, casting magic etc. This is a very useful feature especially if a younger person is playing the game. This feature can be skipped if you prefer.
Now you're dressed and ready to go, you can access each kingdom by entering the painting found in each of the Princess's alcoves. My daughter was able to navigate the game fairly well. If you do get lost just look for the path of gems which will lead you back in the right direction, there is also a helpful pixie to assist you.
My daughters favourite part of the game by far was swimming with Ariel!!
Another useful feature is the auto-save function which saves your game each time you move past a key event. You are able to reload the game from the main menu when you next want to play it.
There are different modes of play, one player, or you and a friend can join forces to save the kingdoms using the two player function. There are also mini games which challenge your new found skills.
This game is rated 3+. Along with the Wii remote you will need a Nunchuck to play this game. The game has a classic princess soundtrack (if you've watched lot's of princess dvd's you'll know what I mean!!).
