Advantages: Easy to understand instructions

Disadvantages: Controls can be tempremental

Have owned this since release day and brought it for the sole reason as i've always enjoyed EA's releases and found it intriguing to see what they had to offer in this rather popular category.

Upon first impressions i found that the interface on the menus looked rather confusing but this was soon overcome by the tiem i had entered my details such as height and weight, in order to get me going.

i intially picked the medium workout which proved to be rather difficult yet very fun as it incorprated a variety of mini games and challenges, for which the instructions were very easy to follow.

This was followed by a screen which showed me the calories i had burned along with other statistics - very useful indeed. Following on from this i chose a custom workout (mostly consisting of boxing) and found this to be the best method to keep me working through the goals i had set for myself with regards to calories burned.

A very pleasant experiance indeed which i have been repeating almsot daily for the past few weeks.

Summary: A great game offering endless hours of fun and exercise.
