Advantages: cheaper than a gym

Disadvantages: band is bit flimsy

I originally started using wii fit, but this is a lot more real fitness based. You can tailor it to your individual needs, cardio, toning or a mixture of both. Another good thing is that it uses the wii fit board so it's no longer shoved under the sofa. The exersices are really well put together and you can vary the duration and intensity of each workout.
I chose an easy level to start but as I was just in my pants the leg strap was bit un comfortable, you need to make sure it is very secure and very quickly it started to slip down. Managed to secure it and continued. The nunchuck wire does get in the way at times, so possibly a wireless nunchuck might be an investment. You do need to watch the videos the first time as you would not know what to do otherwise. So the first time around I didn't really get a good workout. Once your used to the excersices though you can turn the vids off. Using the tension band does give your muscles a good workout although I did snap mine by being a bit to eager. I had to buy a stronger one from a sports shop.
A good investment though as it's a lot cheaper than joining a gym

Summary: good all round workout
