This game is a must for anyone thats ever played air guitar to a cd! Its easy to follow - the jist is you press the same buttons on the guitar that appear on the screen. Thats it. It sounds simple, but as you work up through the levels you have to press two, three buttons at once and also press notes in VERY quick sucession!! there's four levels of difficulty so if you're feeling adventurous you can challenge yourself with something harder... The songs are grouped into "gigs", you have to pass all the songs in the gig to move on to the next set list. there is normally four songs in each group with an "encore" after you complete the fourth. There are also a couple of face off battles, with Slash and Tom Morello. If you repeatedly fail at these they do give you the option to "Wuss out" and move on!! The only disadvantage for the Wii version is that you can't download the online content. This was a big disappointment for me as on the advert they show Slash playing "Slither" by Velvet Revolver, and this song isnt actually in the game, its download only. Which, if you've got the Wii version, means you're not going to get it. I have played the guitar hardware for other consoles and I have to say that of all of them the Wii guitar seems the sturdiest, and the buttons the most responsive. There's a great soundtrack to this game, as the title says... "legends of Rock"..!
