Advantages: Fun....if only for a while.
Disadvantages: No competetor to the origional block game.
We have all played the addictive game of Jenga. Whether it was 5,10, or even 20 years ago it has surely left an imprinted meggage in our minds. But now it has re-introduced into the digital world of Wii....but how does it sum up???
I personally am not the greatest fan of the Wii. Although I do find it interesting and imaginative, I still feel that it is slowly taking away our need to have fun with 'material things'. So back to the game. Unlike the origional jenga blocks, this game is a battle of controlling the tower and stopping it falling by using the Wii controler and Nunchuk. Players must compete in turn to move a piece and push the block on the top without allowing the tower to fall. New dimensions have been added to the game such as new mini-games of tumble tower, but these are all very boring and repetetive after some time of playing. In my opinion, it's a better option to just stick with the origional block game and have more fun with your fiends and family. After all, isn't the game about the excitement of the tower falling? Not the visual display of the tower falling on a screen!!!
Summary: A good game for kids, with no blocks to pick up, but nothing compared to the origional!

Stunt 101 - 08.05.08 If you want higher ratings you need to add more info on things like what you do in the game (e.g. is it a RPG, First Person Shooter or a Strategy game?), the graphics (e.g. is there any slowdown, how do the characters look and what do the environments look like), the sound (e.g. soundtrack, effects, voice acting etc.) and how much content there is (e.g. how long did it take you to finish, were there any side missions and was there online play?). If you need any more advice send me a PM. |
