Kororinpa is very similar to the Monkey Ball games and the old Marble madness games. Basically you use the Wii remote to move a ball around various levels which gradually increase in difficulty - having to flip the level upside down, lack of walls, etc. There is quite a lot to do in this game - if you complete a level within a certain amount of time you can get a bronze, silver or gold medal. There are mirror versions of the levels as well and also a hidden area. There are a multitude of different balls to use which add a nice touch - for example heavy ones that go fast and don't bounce much but are harder to stop to funny shaped ones ... I got this game recently, having been told by friends that it was good fun and very addicitive. I have to say they were absolutely right. I am about a halfway through now and am really enjoying it. The premise is simple, using your wiimote, you have to tilt the ground to cause a ball (of various different types) around a level made up of platforms, lifts, slopes etc, collecting gems then making your way to the exit with out falling down any holes or dropping off the platforms. In some places there are barriers to stop you falling, in others there aren't so you have to be very careful. The levels are well contrusted ranging from the very easy to down ... Little puzzle games is certainly what Nintendo seem to do right. If you think of Kororinpa as Super Monkey Ball without the monkeys, then you will be spot on. This puzzle game presents you with lots of challenges. The idea is that you tilt the playing field to get all the balls through the relevant holes. Things get frantic when you are up against the time limit imposed. The levels vary quite a bit and do get difficult in the later stages. The negative point relating to the gameplay is that if you fail a level it can get quickly frustrating. Graphics in this game can only be described as adequate. They are colourful, but won't win any prizes. The ... Read the complete review

This game is a toughy but a goodie! The idea is that you have to get a ball to the end of an obstacle course without the ball falling off said course. The different is, you don't control the ball, you control the course! As you tilt the wiimote the entire level tilts accordingly and the ball is rolled forward, back, left and right. It requires quite fine movements and if you move the wiimote too much the ball will go flying. Talking about the balls, they're not always balls as you unlock a wide variety of items to roll around the levels from footballs (bouncy), american footballs (uneven), metal objects (heavy), a penguin (cute), and ... This game is very addictive, it is like marble madness(if anyone can remember that game) . The game has a pretty simple concept, get your marble/ball around the course. Your wii remote can be placed on your palm and just move your hand which ever way you want the board to tip. As the levels progress into three dimensions it becomes harder but if you have a steady hand then it's still not particularly difficult. Indeed the hardest part of some levels is the fact that you can't manipulate the camera view and so are sometimes unable to see where you are going, or determine whether it is safe to fall off a ledge. In this type of scenario it is a lot of ... Read the complete review
