This is what the wii is all about - family fun where everyone can play together. The wheel attachment (although this is not a requirement), the classic characters, simple controls, great graphics and exciting gameplay all make for a great game. There are two main game types - battle mode and race mode. Both game types are very entertaining, I personally love the battle mode where you operate in teams to defeat your opponents by laying annanas to skid on, firing heat seeking turtle shells. The race mode is also great fun but can become slightly easy once you've got to grips with the controls. The game comes into its own when you have multiple players battling it out with each other in your sitting room. The graphics and game play have not changed much from the original which is great to see. I would definitely reccomend buying this game and make sure you invite your friends and family around for hours of fun.
