Advantages: Good playability, fun multiplayer, only need one remote for multiplayer

Disadvantages: difficulty gets harder to complete full game

This game combines sonic and mario characters to bring you 16 playable characters with whom you can compete in different olymic styed events. You have a nice onslaught of characters such as mario, peach, bowser, yoshi, sonic, tails, knuckles, daisy and a fair few more. The game is best for multiplayer party action as the game are easy to pick up and mostfun when played in groups and you can add that competative edge to the game.

Most part of the game only requires you to use the wii controller which is good, where as a few need the nuchuck like the archery games. The game is graphically quite good, althought the backdrops and environments in game could have been a little better.

The games vary from fencing to gymnastical games, aquatical games, javelin, hammer throw, triple jump, high jump and then the usual track events too.

the games are varied and use some fun and simple methods of control. Such as flicking the remote when in air to perform gymnastics moves, the game involes some luck aspects in a few games, but mostly it is based on having good timings for pulling off the jumps in hurdles and triple jump etc.

I found the game most fun when player in multi player as I mentioned earlier, it is defiantely a fun game to play and one for the family. This game is easily a decent buy and would be fun for anyone to add to their collection of wii titles.

Summary: Great game overall good fun
