Brought this game along with WiiFit and upon first play found it to be alittle gimmicky. Yes its a fitness game, yes its interactive-ish, but is it engaging? Afraid not.

Apart from being alot similar to a workout DVD, there was nothing present in this game that jumped out and made me want to continue with the various regimes it provided. Maybe this is due to the fact i used WiiFit aroudn the same time as i tried this and due to this i may have been comparing this to WiiFits array of many mini games. To eliminate any bias i passed the game over to a friend who had not used a Wii Fit ever, and the opinion remained the same - "its k i guess but what is the point of it?"

To summarise it may appeal to those that like excersice DVD's and fidn that method of excercise engaging and motivating but for everyone else, i think Wii Fit maybe more appropriate.
