Wii Fitness Coach (My Fitness Coach (Wii))
Member Name: tanyatigerlily
Advantages: Fun aerobic workouts in your lounge Disadvantages: Very annoying coach called Maya
This is an excellent game for those who want to get fit without having to join a gym. To get started you need to type in a detailed profile of yourself, e.g. height, weight etc. Before you have your first exercise session you must complete a fitness test, which the coach uses to work out a personalised training programme for you. You need to indicate which days of the week you are going to be exercising as well as the duration of your sessions. If you have more time you can increase your duration when you start the session. The coach, Maya, will suggest which sort of exercise you should be doing daily, but you can choose to ignore her advice and select a different session. The game tracks your progress and periodically gives you fitness tests to update your profile. The game unlocks different locations and music as rewards for sticking to the programme and exercising regularly. Summary: Excellent game for muscle toning and improving your fitness |
