Advantages: great way to loose weight and tone up

Disadvantages: doesn't connect ot the wii fit board

My fitness coach is a great way to get into shape. i bought the game to help tone for my wedding and you can see the difference. When you first start the game and set up your profile you are asked to measure yourself. After doing the cardio training for 1 week i needed to measure myself again and it just showed the inches that were lost. as you go through the fitness routines it does stop and ask you questions on if you are working hard enough (after my first time of using it i thought it was too easy. It remebered my answers to my questions for the next time as it got harder!) The only down side i thought it did not connect to the wii fit board for weight measurements but i am sure there will be something out soon that will all like together. O found the game alot more challenging that the wii fit and really enjoy it as you can do this in your own house without having to make your way to an aerobics class. I do recoment it especially for the price.
