I bought this game six months ago and have played it pretty much every night since. It is very addictive. At first glance it looks like a game for children but it is a lot of fun for adults too. I can vouch for that! Once all the stars are collected i am told that you can replay the whole thing as Luigi and with only 18 stars to go that is what I am aiming for. I have not got bored of this game and it will probably remain forever more in my collection of wii games. I would recommend it to anyone.

I've only just realised that there are way more reviews of video games than there are of books and CD's. There must be the subject of a sociological treatise there somewhere. So for what it's worth, this game is annoyingly addictive. You know, you get just so far, get beat, try again, get beat, try again, get a bit further, get beat, try ...

After the failings of Sunshine to become the true successor to 64's crown Super Mario Galaxy surely take the mantles from the N64's most successul game. Galaxy combines many elements available using the Wii's setup. This includes pointing, shaking, turning etc. all done with excellent results. The missions in the game are ...

I did wonder if they could possibly bring out a new Mario game to beat the rest, the answer is yes, they did! Mario Galaxy is simply the newest in a long line of high-entertainment Mario games by nintendo to be enjoyed by young and old. Having only just bought my Wii a few days previous to buying this game it did take some ...

If platform games are your cup of tea then this is a must buy.
Massive levels, awesome gameplay. Innvovative use of remote and nunchuck.

I have always been a HUGE fan of mario and i am pleased to say this game has revitalised that old gaming feeling in me. At first i wasn't too keen on the 3D effect of the game as it was quite confusing to get a check of how the gravity worked. I always expected to jump and to fall off the planet as i was upside down! I was soon a fan ...

I have been a big fan of the Mario series ever since the old NES classics and have always found hours of pleasure, thankfully with this title i feel totally in love with the 1st few minutes of playing the title. This title has had so much hype from Nintendo and i was a little worried it would let me down and the series, i also read ...

I've never written a game review before, so go easy on me if it's not completely up to scratch. I'm not a 'gamer' as such, and technical specs etc mean nothing to me; you may as well be talking Japanese. I do however love playing computer games, to a certain extent. I used to adore my PS2, I moved briefly onto the XBOX360 and only enjoyed one game ...

One of the benefits of not reviewing video games for a living, is that when you get a new game you don't have to rush through it and judge things on first impression. Of course, they do have the added benefit of receiving a must-have a while before the rest of the public, but do they really know what they're talking about? Take for example, the ...
