Advantages: Plenty to do, 3-d
Disadvantages: Predictable, Going back and forth from place to place
I'll break this review down in to pieces.
First, the storyline is pretty much mario.
Even if it is very predictable to the average gamer. I won't spoil the ending but it was pretty dumb if you ask me. Now the battle system is the typical paper mario side shot but you can also flip to 3-d mode which is fun, and you play it just as usual with new enemies to fight.
They also have plenty to do in the game and it will last a long time if that is what you are looking for. Even after you have passed the game you still can play an arcade, go through the trials, find treasure, and get cooking chips.
Overall I would say that I was very impressed with the game. I played well after I had beaten it. I found the little puzzles good and put together well. The thing that I found I like the most was the fact that bowser wasnt the main bad guy in this game.
Going back and forth from the different "worlds" was irritating. I would definatly recommend the game though. I sat through it and was very happy with the game.
Summary: It's one of the better mario games
