WII Fit great fun for family and friends (Wii Fit (Wii))
Member Name: beth53
Advantages: Fun fitness for family and friends or as your own personal trainer Disadvantages: None Great fun whilst keeping fit at the same time. I don't have scales in the house as I have developed a phobia of them since gaining a few middle aged pounds and this is quite a subtle way of keeping an eye on your weight/BMI yet spurring you on to reduce your weight/BMI within your own timescale. Particularly like the Ski and Snowboard they are very addictive and make you want to beat your last record and compete against your 10 year old! The step routines are great for letting you do a warm-up stepbasic then on to unlock the next stage. The hula hoop is brilliant for toning up your tummy. My daughter is developing into Eddie the Eagle in the Ski Jump only better. All in all this is a great game to play with family and friends or as your personal trainer. Especially if you are intimidated by gyms. Summary: Recommended fun and fitness in one |
