Advantages: wear lycra when you exercise in confidence

Im a really big into fitness and go to the gym 4-5 a week but struggle to get there on the weekends due to work so this is were wii fit comes in. I love keeping in shape and just exercise in general interest me and put it in a technological white box im intrigued :) . The wii fit not much to look at but then again neither is much other gym or fitness equipment but you can get away with having this sat rite in front of your tv and not looking out of place.

To be honest were just borrowing one atm but saying that it has got more use then i thought it was going to. Its really fun and its always good to exercise in different ways and this does that lol. overall easy to use but not for really for the wii little ones :) or the really oldens tho. It does keep you fit so that's always good and it doesn't have you at the gym all the time and its work out when you want to but...

id find it hard to stick to it, maybe because its not really intense enough for me, more aimed towards women??. Im sticking to gym and free weights at home but it did make a nice change for a week till i got bored of it, sorry to say.

Summary: good but think hard to stick to unlike the gym
