Wii Fit (Wii)
Advantages: Good encouragment and easy to use
Disadvantages: Can get a little boring
This is a great way to keep you and your family fit all year round. It has a sleek, stylish apperance and works great. It gives you interesting tips about keeping fit and having fun. A great way to loose weight over a short or long period of time. Includes yoga poses to help build stronger posture, tighten abdomen muscles, back muscles and thighs. It tones pretty much everywhere on the body whilst building firm arms and tightening that extra to make you shine. It encourages you to try your best and supports you telling you the areas in which you need to improve on- just like a real fitness instructor. Your instructor will give you examples of poses and positions ensuring you follow there steps. Once the pose is finished you are told your rating of how good you are at the pose and were to improve.
Using yoga, aerobics and balacing games it improves your lifestyle and the way you work out. You can choose from a male or female instructor and are given a daily body test on which you are weighed and given posture tests to help you improve posture and achieve your goals to loose weight or simply tighten those muscles.
The whole family can join in as it allows you to create your own account and apperance of a character in which it stores; weight, height, birthday, poses you've tried, the amount of days you've been on, hair colour, eye colour, body features etc.
It also has a graph in which it shows you your progress throughout. Is a great way to controlo fitness and posture with dedication from 20 minutes a day. Can get a little boring if using the same poses so try to explore all around the yoga and aerobics; boxing, stepping, etc. A great deal for fitness.
Summary: Perfect if you've got little or lots of time.
