Advantages: Entertaining. Lots of fun - playing & watching. Does help you excercise
Disadvantages: Could be a bit repetitive. Novelty might wear off.
So, you want to get fit but you dont want to go to the gym? am I right? Well if I am, this is for you.
Wii Fit is a add on that goes with your Nintendo console. It comprises of a balance board & a game. You put the game in the system & then the board connects to the Wii wirelessly.
There are lots of different games that you can play on wii fit. Balance games include Ski Jumping, which is my personal favourite. I could play it for hours. Top score of 384 if you want to beat me. Slalom Sking & also Snow Boarding. This is my favourite section. Yoga games are OK. But to be fair they are just excersises with the console telling you what to do. I don't go on these. Aerobic excersises are fun. They have a musical stepercise game & also a Boxercise option. Boxing is great fun but a bit tiring. They even have Hula Hoop. Your sides will be really sore after this. They do have some muscle workouts too, but they are a lot like the aerobic exercises. I don't go in for them.
Over all it's a great bit of kit. You can have lots of fun with it & most things will make you work up a sweat. If you have a Wii. This is a must have addtition
