well where do i start? waw! ! ! i bought this at christmas and you know what its like .. we all have a bit too much turkey and all the trimmins before we start on all the chocolates. i was as wide as i was tall until i got on the wii fit. dont get me wrong this thing doesnt make the weight jump off me but it really motivated me to lose all my weight down to my healthy bmi which i am now. the wii fit has different games and excercises to suit everyones needs. you can start off with gentle aerobic training to encourage weight loss then as you progress you can move on to the vigorous muscle workouts that they offer. you are asigned you own personal trainer when u register your mii and she/he helps you on with your weight loss. everyday you can weigh and check your progress to see how near or far away you are from your healthy goal. the wii fit is also full of diet tips to help encourage and motivate you to lose weight. Everything on the wii fit is fun and not serious. i was too embarrised to go to the gym but this helped me get my weight down and not be embarrised. it is also a cheaper option for cash strapped families who cannot afford the expensive gym memberships. i cant see anyreason not to have one. i strongly suggest that everyone who owns a wii buys a wii fit to acompany it ! !
