Wii Fit (Wii)
Advantages: Response, choise of games and activities
Disadvantages: Finding a place to keep it!
Well after struggling to find a Wii fit in any stores for over 2 months i finally picked one up on Amazon and can say it was well worth the wait. The idea of the Wii Fit is simple and fits in around your lifestyle and opposed to making time to visit a gym for example. I see the Wii Fit as having two purposes, the first having fun and playing the games with the whole family which soon becomes a battle to beat each others times. And the second to work out. It has the benefit of being able to get fit whilst in your living room and whilst it will never be as good as going to a real gym its well on its way there. If you follow the programs as indicated and stick to a routine i honestly believe you can loose weight and keep fit with the wii fit. The only downside i have is getting motivated although its alot easier than getting to a gym and also finding somewhere to store it. Its not massive but you do need somewhere keep it when not being used. The battery life is good considering the time i use it and i beleive you can buy additional batterys to keep you going.
