Wii Fit (Wii)
Advantages: Easy to set up and use
Disadvantages: Can be quite addictive
After much nagging from my stepson, I finally decided to purchase a Wii and a Wiifit. Fortunately for me, my phone contract was up for renewal at the time also and so I managed to find a deal which offered this as a free gift, saving me approximately £240 which I was very pleased with to say the least.
The Wii Fit itself is easy to set up and offers a range of excercise activities. These are not only designed with fitness in mind, but also feature the fun factor. It is a great item to use as a family and we often have fun in the evenings on this in the evening.
The activities are broken down into different areas such as aerobic and balance and each of these areas then consist of approximately 9 different excercise games. I love the hula hooping game and I also find this quite funny to watch other people participating with. Another favourite of mine is the ski jump as I am the champion of this in my house, something which doesn't really happen often in our house where a games console is involved.
Overall this system offers numerous fun games which are suitable for all the family. I think it is of reasonable value considering the cost of other console games and I would definitely recommend it.
Summary: Provides many an entertaining night in!
