As the summer was about to begin earlier this year I looked at myself in the mirror and thought "Kal, you don't look as good as you used it!". As with many others (I'm sure) I was adamant to get fit for the summer. With the recession upon us I couldn't afford the gym and didn't really (being honest) have the motivation to do workouts at home (as well as time!). So with recommendations from my friends, I stepped onto my brothers Wii Fit to start the training. I was shocked to see my lovely thin aviator that I created was blown up and stated I was overweight! I never thought I was overweight but as it has scales and had checked my BMI, I guess I couldn't really say it was lying. So now I work out and LOVE doing the exercise and can check my progress regularly - I have lost 7 pounds which I don't think I would have done had I not invested in a Wii Fit. It's like having your own instructor! It tells me what I need to do to work on special areas, shows me what I'm doing wrong and is so interactive that all my family have joined in as well - we are now in competition with each other for who can lose the most! Would defiantly recommend it and cannot believe how fun working out is - big thumbs up!!!
