Advantages: A quick & convenient way to get fit in your own home, keeps track of your targets & goals
Disadvantages: Batteries wear down quickly, exercises get repetitive when only a few are available
A great piece of exercise kit for those who are new to exercise, getting back into an exercise routine or just after a bit of fun.
The compatibility of the Wii Fit balance board makes this purchase much more worthwhile if you don't enjoy the Wii Fit game.
The 'game' itself is well put together and has some helpful tips, I find it slightly frustrating that the exercises/mini games have to be earned through the amount of time you put into the routine.
It has space for more than one user so a great tool for families. The exercises/mini games are kept short and entertaining so rarely gets boring. It is possible to work up quite a sweat in the short 3-5 minute workouts.
My favourite exercise is the boxing, it requires a little bit of balance and co-ordination but seems to be the one I find the most useful.
My main complaint would be the batteries don't last as long as I would like them too - even with a rechargeable battery!
Summary: A great tool for managing weight, fun & simple to use.
