... Wildwood has written several books on the subject, but this is her most comprehensive. She manages to write in a way which is entertaining and informative, but absolutely never patronising - unlike so many other titles. There are books with more scientific information, but everything here is accessible and relevant. It contains a very comprehensive guide to essential oils and the many uses to which they can be put. If you only buy one book on aromatherapy, make it this one. In fact, even if you have dozens of them - get this one too!I have the hardback version, but it's being launched in paperback within the next few weeks. This book is the absolute best title on the subject for the beginner or those who've been interested for a short while.
