Splat stan

Splat stan has to be one of the worlds most unique coasters!! Made by Suck UK. Splat Stan is a coaster made of bright orange silicon - only available in this colour. The fact that he is made from silicone means he is bendable and very easy to wash. He is also very soft and very smooth to the touch.

Splat Stan is said to protect your surfaces against the general ring marks and damage you get from leaving cups here there and everywhere.True to form stan does his job.The silicon is about half a cm thick giving a good layer of protection.Also the silicon doesnt get warm or seem to be damaged by hot cups etc being placed on it - which i must admit i was dubious about.He is also scratch resistant and wont damage any of your surfaces. Stan can hold a standard cup/mug.

Splat Stan is meant to be represent a play doh man similar to "Morph", remember him? Unfortunately the poor little man has been squashed and part of him has been splattered everywhere. His "splattered guts!" will be the place where you put your cup down. It really does look like he was solid until you put your cup down. It is an entertaining coaster and brightens up a boring office space. It encourages the kids to put their drinks down on him too, giggling as they do so!

I got my Splat Stan from play.com just before christmas for a bargain of £5. This offer is often repeated.If you buy him direct from the suckuk website expect to pay around £8 plus p&p. It is worth every penny spent on it for the giggle you get from visitors!

In general it is a great coaster that will last a long time, is unbreakable and will go with any decor,also makes a good joke gift at xmas.
