Advantages: remote control, 4 sound settings, lovely bright colours

Disadvantages: all the batteries it takes!!

With my daughter I bought the wind up mobile that matched her nursery but it didn't play for long and i was constantly having to keep going in to wind it back up. When i found out i was pregnant with my son i decided i wasnt making that mistake again and this was the mobile i wanted! it ticked all the boxes for me, played soothing music or rainforest sounds, has 2 volume options (great for the early hours!), a remote so i can set it going without getting out of bed and it plays for a decent lenght of time. It also has a night light function which displays a rainforest picture. My son loves this, it's been on his crib since he was 2 weeks old and he will lie happily and stare at the animals and the leaves moving while i get dressed-a godesnd! I dont mind any of the music, find it quite relaxing to listen to myself when i'm trying to go back to sleep after his 3am feed! Tried and tried to get one of these from ebay and always got outbid, finally argos got them back in stock so i got it from there and it was well worth the £29.99 i paid. they seem to hold the resale value on ebay too!
