Advantages: Price, solid wood construction, paintable

Disadvantages: none

We needed two beds, one for each of our 4 year old children. These beds fitted the bill perfectly. The frame of the beds are solid wood, and it's unfinished so that meant they could easily be paint with ordinary house hold paint to match their bed rooms (one was painted pink and one blue, a couple of years late the blue was then painted red without any problem).

I paid £37 each for the bed with a mattress, which I think is excellent value. The bed is about 3/4 the size of a single bed but is perfect children 2-6 years old and in small bedroom can give them more floor space while still giving them a bed big enough to sleep in comfort.

The beds have solid wood slats, that I have never had an issue with. The beds were very simply to put together (and take apart which makes cleaning the bedrooms very easy)

you just can't beat this value, £40 for a complete bed that will last 4 years or more before the child out grows it and even after those 4 years thanks to the solid wood constructions the bed will still be fine to pass on to someone else.

Summary: Excellent value for money with this bed, can't fault it
