We have two of these funky looking chairs, and I have to admit, I probably use them more than our 5 year old son does. The instant appeal of them is the look, with a fun blue and curvy contours certainly catching the eye of anyone looking around the kids area in IKEA searching for furiniture, as we were a few months ago. For me, it's great to use when I play Guitar Hero in front of the TV. We don't have any other moveable chairs in the room, and you have to sit head on as it's movement sensitive. It can be purchased from the Children's section in IKEA and, like most IKEA furniture, comes flatpacked. It doesn't take a lot of assembly though, everything basically slots together and you need to use a bit of brute force to make sure it connects, but no tools are required. Designed by Morten Kielstrup and Allan Ostgaard, this polypropylene plastic chair is available from the nursery section of Ikea stores in a mid-blue shade, apple green and deep red. As with most Ikea furniture this chair requires home assembly, basically fitting the back and four legs to the seat section. This involves a little brute force but no tools. Size: Width: 39 cm Height: 67 cm Seat depth: 26 cm Seat height: 30 cm Price: £10.76 per chair. It is quite a large child's chair, more suitable for a 3+ year old than a younger toddler, however, Littlest HonestBob is quite large for his age (22 months) and can get on ... I have bought my son both the cheat of draws and bedside table from the Mammut furniture range so after he broke his chair from wilko's due to rough treatment I decided that I needed to spend a reasonable amount to buy a much sturdier chair. I noticed the Mammut chair at a cost of £10.79 available from Ikea and decided that this would be a good purchase. The Chair is on display in the children's bedroom on the main showroom and the children's section in the market place. It is available in pink and blue but I wanted the blue not only because it was blue but it coordinated with my lounge. I collected the chair from the self service warehouse and as ...
