I have used 3 Moses baskets with my 3 children but this one is my favourite because of how big it is. My daughter was always comfortable in it and I like the way I could keep the mattress and the lining clean in the washing machine, it is only the fabric on the hood that does...more

WHAT IS IT? A Moses basket that is made by the Ladybird brand. The basket is wicker and it has pale pink or pale blue material lining it, whatever colour basket you buy the hood and Moses basket quilt compliment it. THE DESIGN I like this Moses basket because there is a lot of room inside it for my baby to move round and grow. The mattress is quite thick and it is very soft, you can wash it in the washing machine on a warm wash me it doesn't take very long to air dry. We have actually had this moses basket in blue and pink we had the blue one for my sons and when we found out we were expecting our first little girl we knew which moses basket we wanted and went ahead and purchased it in pink as we so happy with the quality of the first one. Although they are only used for the first few weeks of little ones life I think they are very handy for a newborn baby that likes to nap all the time without the worry of having to move them up and down the stairs every 5 minutes. When it comes to shopping, my mum (bless her) has the kiss of death. She really has got a heart of gold, but whenever she buys anything for my children she manages to get it wrong. If she buys Alice a pair of shoes in the correct size then Alice will go up a size overnight, clothes for Hollie? Yes, but obviously Hollie will have a growth spurt in between her buying the clothes and physically giving them to me.
