I was given this travel cot by another member of my family. It certainly has been useful especially for trips to the Grandparents. When it was new it cost £70 but you can pick them up now for much less about £30.
I like the look of this travel cot as it is traditional in shape and therefore very easy to find mattresses to fit. Also handy for the bedding too. It is sturdy, high quality and has a nice rounded design.However it is supposed to be very easy to travel with and I do not find this the case- it is very heavy. Which is a bit of a downside. Also unlike most other travel cots the mattress folds up with the cot this one does not and you have to carry it seperately. On the plus it is very easy to use, as it erects with the same mechanisms as other travel cots I've used. The instructions are very clear and it offers great value for money as it feels like it would last for years (essential if you plan to use it long term and many babies.
I liked the firm base, which showed no sign of sagging with the weight of my chunky two year old (unlike other travel cots we've used).
The cot is well padded around the top which is nice when you are leaning over to put baby into sleep.
All in all a good sturdy travel cot that will last for many years.
