Many machine’s now have a hand wash programme on them, so I suggest using this, as it worked for me - but if in doubt, a cloth with soap and water is perfectly suffice. I always associate ‘Mothercare’ with selling high quality items at an affordable price. So when contemplating purchasing a Rocker chair for my son - Daniel, I chose to go to a store that I and many others trusted. Even though it was many moons ago since I first purchased a Rocker from Mothercare, I remember thinking how impressed I was with my purchase and how much use was gained from it. A good decision all round. As I did with alot of my son’s baby equipment, I packed it away in the hope that the sound of tiny feet would be ringing in my ears before too long. I bought this rocking chair because it matched the rest of my Winnie the Pooh things that I had bought for my daughter. At first I was a little scared to use it, frightened that she would tip out. I bought my second son a rocker chair from Mothercare, it it their own make and is red - it is advertised in thier catalogue and I paid about thirty four pounds for it. It has five adjustable positions has two handles on it to carry the baby up and downstairs and has a head rest and straps. It can be used up until 9mths old. One of the best things is that it has material which is washable, in that you can sponge the surface. The worst thing is that it is quite heavy to lift so those with back problems etc may have a little difficulty getting it up the stairs but I think the sturdyness is one of the reasons why it is so heavy. I found when my son was first ...  Read the complete review
