This is the most perfect first sleeping area for any child. When they are first born they will not be able to go into a cot because they are just too small and the risks of cot death and smothering themselves is so high it just isn't worth the risk.

If you are buying a crib then these are good they are the same as a moses basket but do work out more expensive and can sometimes be hard to store.

I bought this for £30. It was all white came with a matrice and a hood that pulled over the top. It also had two handles so that it was easy to carry around. I didn't have to buy special sheet for it I doubled up the flat cot sheets to fit it. My baby looked so comfortable when he was in it.

Because it was a white cover it was great because at the time I bought it I wasn't sure what I was having (boy or girl that is) so white was unisex and also looked so clean.

This is perfect if you are after unisex colours and comfort. I also think that they are very pritty lace and a wicker effect basket just makes it that little bit more special.

Summary: great first time bed
