Elo Digital ELOoffice 6.0 ... folders and files has been applied in ELOoffice and underpinned with forward-looking technology. The modifications of the version ELOoffice 6.0 were carried out with emphasis on modernization, performance and comfort.

The user interface was optimized and numerous limitations (e.g. setting of levels) were done away with. The free choice of Object-Icons enables individual structuring of the filing - in regard to ones own business occurrence. This is then enhanced with numerous new functions, e.g. Activity Management, which enables better monitoring and control of ones own work.

Complete photo folders are displayed in one go via the slide-viewer. Considering the fact that digital photography is regarded as standard meanwhile, ELOoffice offers enhanced functions for optimal administration of the photo data.

A further interesting highlight is the capability to archive digitally signed documents - digital signature. Using the interface for the integration of digital signatures it is possible to apply digital signatures - which are equivalent to a handmade signature - to the documents administrated in ELOoffice. This underlines the evidential value and the integrity of a document, something, which is especially important for all business people.

The Office-Program-Integration was adapted to the new standards (i.e. Interfacing to Outlook, Word, Excel etc.). New and powerful components in the field of OCR-Recognition and Full-text Search round up the complete package.

The new and optimized functions make this update also extremely interesting for all users of existing ELOoffice version.
