SQLyog provides a powerful Graphical User Interface (GUI) for MySQL, allowing you to quickly and easily administer your databases with the minimum of fuss. It is made by Webyog Softworks and can be downloaded from www.webyog.com. The software is available for free although you can choose to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition. The price for this ranges from $39 for a single user, non-commercial licence to $999 for unlimited users. The Enterprise Edition includes a multitude of extra options, but if you just want a graphical way to create, edit and modify your databases the you'll find the free edition to be fine.
