TK Maxx: ... Maxx has a very basic, no-frills layout because it is keeping overheads low to offer better prices to its customers. The layout is simple enough: eg Knitwear, which is then grouped by size, so 8, 10, etc etc. It is therefore unavaoidable that you rifle through the entire rail of relevant garments in relevant sizes as it is not sorted by brand or colourway. Most of the time, you won t find anything, but it is wo...

... would strongly advise that you avoid this company. After seeing a great deal on a website for a phone for around half the price of it s regular retail price, i bought it with the intention of selling it on and making a few quid. Unfortunately all didn t go as planned. The phone was only cheap if you bought it paying over a period of 20 weeks which was fine so i set it all up with a direct debit so it would be withdrawn from my account every month. I then recieved the phone and was impressed. Then everything went wrong. They screwed up. Bad. They first off charged me £40 the first week, now correct me if i m wrong but a phone for £100 paid over 20 weeks isn t £40 a week ...

... do Next manage to keep going? quite frankly their clothing is boring and overpriced! apart from underwear, next menswear is not a trendy look for younger men. ok, they have made some effort to funk up their ranges but you can find exactly the same styles cheaper in primark or H&M. the last thing i bought from next was a pack of underwear from their new range and they were great value. but to pay 25 quid for a pair of shorts is just outrageous! perhaps next menswear caters for a more conservative market and for guys that have money to spend? they do have some good suits/trousers and have started to stock some cool mr men tshirts, but the only time i would ever cons...

... the price of food rapidly going up over the last few months, and have as they have now reached a record high, I have had to look at my shopping bills and work out ways in which I can reduce my spending when it comes to the weekly shopping budget. I had heard that stores such as Aldi are so much cheaper than the places such as Tescos, Morrisons, Sainsburys and Waitrose, so I decided to give it a try. I usually shop in Tescos. The first thing I noticed about Aldi is the fact that it is very quiet in my local store and you don t get the hustle and bustle of a larger store such as Tesco. The layout is very basic, with items stacked in cardboard displays, but this is do...
