The company, as most of us know, has been through a few troubles lately, and from their stock range you can see why. Allsports used to be one of the best retailers on the high street, however since last christmas (04) the stock the have had has deterierated in quality and in style. The proucts they had over the summer were frankly abismal. The Companys customer service policy, and hard selling is a winner with some customers, and others will not enjoy the help they give.

I enjoy the fact that someone is actually interested if I buy something from them, and the fact they make an effort to sell, and don't stand doing frankly nothing like JJB and JD.

Last month the company was brought by the John Davis (JD) group, I hope they improve the product, but hope they do not compromise on Customer Service, if they do then they will be ANOTHER sports shop who have no interest in the only thing that brings them money: the customer.

Summary: Hope the customer remains the king
