These guys at ambala have just launched a wonderful new website (www.ambala.co.uk) where you can get all these scrumptious goodies online anywhere in UK for £4.99 delivery! I ordered before 12pm and received my sweets beautifully packaged and FRESH next day. The website says these sweets come straight from the Ambala factory so they are even FRESHER than the ones in the shops. I set a friend a challenge the other day. The prize was a box of Ambala sweets. And I wasn't to get to eat one. Never set that boy a challenge, it's a bad move, I assure you. Ambala are one of the biggest sellers of Indian sweets in the UK. They have branches up and down the country in almost any town that has a fair-sized Asian population. There's one a couple of miles up the road from me, in Southall, and one in Drummond Street, just outside Euston station, that I go to a lot.
