I can remember going to my first Ann summers party when I was 18. A friend of mine was getting married and she decided to throw a party as her hen night. My Local Ann summers store is in Chester which is a 25-minute drive from my house. There are also stores near me in Manchester, Liverpool and Stoke. Most of the Ann summers stores are set out in the same way and they all sell the same stock. One thing I must point out is that they do not allow children in their stores, so please leave the kiddies at home or outside if they are old enough.

My local store is situated in the Grosvenor Precinct in the city centre. The outside of the shop has the Ann summers sign in purple and the usual dummies in the window with items of lingerie on them. As you walk into the store numerous lingerie sections surround you. Each section is colour co-ordinated, for example all the red lingerie designs are in one section the black in another etc. Most of the lingerie is priced from £5 for a pair of knickers up to a whopping £60 for a full set of briefs, bra and suspender belt. All the items of lingerie are brilliantly made. I have never had any complaints about their items.

As you go further past the lingerie you get to the Naught section of the shop. In this section you come across the "dressing up" items which include a school uniform, a nurse, a whore, a police officer, my favourite a air hostess and they even have a Nun. They also have a men's section, which includes a fireman and policeman uniform. All the dressing up clothes range from £15 to £40. Also included in this section is all the fun stuff. My favourite in of all the fun stuff is the new edible underwear range. Remember when you were younger and you used to get them little candy beads on a necklace or watch, yes? Well they have now been made into Knickers and bras. These cost £6 each. In this section they also have confetti cocks if you wish to spice up a wedding, and also they have chocolates in every private part imaginable. They have books and DVD's in this section also.

Just before you go into the really naught section you have the section were you could find all the massage oils and lotions you could ever imagine. They have oil for everything including a pussy rub and cock rub, but best of all forget all the Lush products they even sell a cock bath bomb. Prices on oils range from £5 to £10. Now into the Really Naughty section, here we start with bondage. Now to the bit you have been waiting for, The Toys. As many people know Ann summers best selling product is the Rabbit. But we now have the rampant rabbit deluxe and the platinum rabbit. They also have changing rooms so you can try on the lingerie before you buy it.

Ann summers have come along way since the sleazy sex shops of the 90's. There is a friendly comfortable atmosphere and you actually feel that you can walk around and have a nosey at the products without feelin
g like your being watched. There will always be the odd person that will look down their nose at you for going into a so-called "sex shop" but who cares. In this day and age people shouldn't be afraid to express their sexuality and it shouldn't be frowned upon. I admit that the price range on some of their products is a little bit steep, but you pay for quality. I have a number of toys and products from this shop and I have never had anything go wrong with them. Even when used on a daily basis * frowns * the oils are brilliant for relaxation and stimulation and they smell great. So I would recommend Ann summers to anyone who has a healthy sexual nature or even if you just want some sexy lingerie.
