Advantages: I though fast delivery but that is overshadowed by the disadvantages!

Hmm lets see where do I start with this joke of a company?? I went away for a few days and drowned my phone. SO I thought I need a phone and have literally no money so I'll get one from a catalogue and pay it back that way. I went onto Argos Additions and as a pink freak treated myself to a lovely pink phone and it cost a packet. But I dont ever buy things like that and I knew I could pay it off. A few months goes by and one day the phone just stops working. It turned itself off, other times it would be on but the screen wouldnt work. So I called Additions knowing that I still had a few months warranty on it. The man on the phone said it definately sounded like an engineering fault and that I should send it to them, they'd fix it and either send it back, send it back or just refund the money to my account. During the phone breaking the drowned mobile had miraculously sprung to life and I found myself wondering do I really need an expensicve phone-so I told the man on the phone to put the money back into my account. He said it would take 3 weeks at the most for me to see the amount in there. In the mean time, I spent a good hundred quid on clothes and things for my new place thinking although this has run up into a few hundred now, at least the money from the phone will go on soon. HOW MISTAKEN WAS I. I recently received a bill from a credit agency saying I owe them the minimum payment of £70! It wouldnt be that much if I had my money from the phone but oh no, they're quick enough to send you bills but not quick enough to send you money. I have been ringing and ringing and everytime its costing me a fortune being kept on hold and put through to different people. They still havent sorted it and its not 4 months later. I want my money and have no resorted to threats. I have emailed saying I will no longer be spending my money on calling people and being put on hold aswell as being moved from pillar to post, I will be emailing from now on and if they dont sort it like that I am going higher that them. I regret ever using this company, and I urge anyone thinking of joining up-NOT TO!
