Poor home delivery (Argos)

Advantages: Price Disadvantages: They do not care about their customers Home delivery and customer service is PANTS. I was given a window of 7am until 6pm on 17th december to recieve 2 TVs. Very difficult for me but I arranged to be home to receive delivery. Hours on phone at peak rate throughout evening to find out why my goods had not arrived resulted in nothing. I still do not have my goods and not a word of apology. I will never use Argos again. Summary: Not worth the hastle |
