Advantages: Online aswell as stores nationwide, good offers, good value for money, lots of variation

Disadvantages: Stores can get busy around christmas time

I love this shop!! They stock a huge variety of items including garden, recreation, sport, home furnishings, kitchen appliances, home entertainment, jewellery, toys, games and personal care items. There are two different ways of viewing the items they sell and this is either online or by the catalogue that they have available to everyone that you can pick up instore. By looking online they have all the items catagorised or if you know what you want you can type it into the search item section. It you do have a catalogue this is easy referenced at the back of the catalogue. You then have a few ways of purchasing your product/s and they are as follows:

1. Look through the catalogue, find what you want, go to the store with your product reference number, go to the till or their paypoint, pay for it and then wait for your goods.

In past experiece i have found this to be annoying as sometimes they don't stock the item that i have wanted so this has been a wasted journey. So i find that phoning up and doing a stock check and then reserving the item if it's in stock helps.

In the catalogue they do a unique store number for stock checks, opening times and reservations.

2. You can also go online, find what item you want, and proceed to the checkout option. You can then, reserve the item you want and then go and collect from store.

3. Another way is to again go online, find what you want, and then have it delivered to you. This costs though and its £5.95 regardless of size. This is handy if you have a large item or a few items that you need and can not fit them in your car of if you travel on public transport.

Although i do love this store it can be busy at certain times of the year like christmas but they do have their advantages like they do do lots of offers on various products like toys, game and gift ideas.

The quality their furniture are generally to a very high standard and all are good value.

They do have a 30 day money back guarantee on nearly all of their products and i have had to use this in the past with presents that i have brought certain family members that were not satisfied with the product.

The team of staff are adequate for the stores that i have in my area and at christmas time to they do employ extra staff to cope with the demand. On the whole these staff are helpful and friendly.

I love looking here for bargains and always end up buying more than what i want.
