If I can avoid it I won't shop here (Argos)

Advantages: Good online service

Disadvantages: Terrible instore service (in my opinion)

To be honest this is probably one of my least favourite shops.
Yes it has everything but you can almost always find a cheaper alternative elsewhere.
Online shopping with argos is more favourable and delivery was quick and reliable.
However instore is a sham (in my local area anywhere).
The staff seem to stand around chatting rather than helping and are very unpresentable with excessive amounts of makeup/jewellery and chewing gum with an open mouth!
Of course this probably doesn't apply in all areas but it's just one more thing that makes me dislike the store.
There is always a huge queue and the queue 'waiting time' that is printed on your receipt is never right! I'm usually waiting at least 5/10 mins more.
Even if you pay by card or reserve for store pickup this doesn't even insure you're in and out quickly.
Perhaps I'm being slightly biased in my opinions due to bad experiences in my local area but personally I think this store is outdated and there are plenty of better alternatives out there.

Summary: Not the best
